PAYMENT OPTIONS
The Health and Wellness Care Center Comprehensive care is important for you and your family. We maintain a pricing structure that allows access to care for everyone at every budget. Our office participates in most insurance programs and accepts Motor Vehicle Accidents and Workers Compensation cases.
Insurances
Most insurance plans are accepted including auto accidents, workers compensation, personal injury, PPO plans and Medicare. Insurance plans and coverage varies widely, please call our office to verify your insurance coverage with our clinic before your first appointment. As a service to our patients we extend the courtesy of billing most insurance carriers. However, there are a few companies that the patient will be required to bill. In these cases, the patient pays at the time of service and bills the insurance carrier and receives reimbursement. We will provide all necessary forms needed to bill your insurance carrier.
HAS’s, HRA’s and Flex Funds
If you have any of these tax-savings accounts, your money can be spent on chiropractic care. Call you insurance carrier for more information
No Insurance? No Problem!
We take your health very seriously and we know that you do to. More than half of our patients pay directly for care, as they discover our prices are extremely cost-effective. If you have no insurance chiropractic benefits you can still receive the care you need. Our self pay prices are payable on the date of service by cash, check, or credit card. You get a comprehensive health history, thorough exam, and comprehensive care. Paying out of pocket for our services is affordable.
