We have studied over 100 different diets and have found all of them can be effective if used for the right person, at the right time. No single diet works for everyone, or even the same person. Your body is constantly changing and adapting to your lifestyle, your stress and even the seasons. Your diet should reflect those changes.

 

PATIENT CENTERED APPROACH           By treating the individual based on their genetic / herditary risk, age and health and lifestyle exam, we tailor more accurate and effective dietary interventions.

LAB TESTS: Used to confirm nutritional exam findings. In most cases, patients are able to collect information and / or specimens either at our clinic or within the privacy of their own home. They are then sent to the lab for testing. 

When the results are received, a consultation appointment is set up to and your lab results are reviewed. This can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A comprehensive nutrition and diet plan specifically designed for you based on your tests and your symptoms.  These plans can range anywhere from 1 month to one year depending on the severity of their case.

Do dietary supplement really offer a significant health benefit?

Decades of scientific studies confirm that dietary supplementation can improve overall health, improve or prevent disease, and reduce the risk of serious diseases such as cancer and heart disease. It is important to introduce good nutrition to your family early.

What is Coenzyme Q10?

   ii. Minimize refined carbohydrates, ie:. pasta, white bread, crackers and sugars.
