REHABILITATION

If you are suffer from injury or illness, rehabilitation helps restore your health and normal function. It is an effective, low-cost, low-risk, and non-invasive treatment that addresses the underlying causes of conditions through hands on care, exercise, education and lifestyle changes.

How do we treat conditions and provide care?

Following evaluation of your muscles, bones, nerves and joints, we provide treatment which varies based on your injury. Various modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, vasopneumatic decompression, heat, ice, etc.) are utilized as needed to reduce pain and swelling and restore motion, .

The Doctor will tailor your rehabilitation to your needs, teaching you how to perform exercises--including exercises you can do at home using our Virtual Personal Trainer. Patient involvement very key and home exercise and stretching programs, as well as education on body mechanics and ergonomic factors, are important for recovery.
